A bit more about our background:-
Denise previously worked in Service Management for Cable and Wireless and IBM and Adrian was formerly an Optician at Boots. We were both looking for a change of direction and a fresh and exciting business challenge and were prompted into our new business venture after coming across an increasing number of people who were dissatisfied with their domestic help.
Denise says: "It seemed that just about everybody had a story to tell about a cleaner - standards might slip after just a few visits, perhaps staff couldn't be relied upon to turn up on time, or in some cases at all!
